I'm having an issue with recording a voice greeting with a system call handler i'm setting up. I'm trying to use the phone where Cisco Unity calls my phone so I can do the recording over the phone instead of using my computer.
I'm getting an error message. See attachement. Any idea how this can be fixed?
Cisco Unity Connection version: 7.1.3.10000-68

check your CSS and make sure the ports can dial your DN

I checked the CSS on each voicemail port and it was set correctly.

Look at the Unity restriction tables and make sure you can dial the DN.

ah, well I looked in here I noticed something very weird. Minimum length of dial string* was set to 9. Our internal DN's are set to 5. I set that field to 5 and tried it again and it worked. Thank You
