One of my 4500 switches connect to Citrix Netscaler Load Balancer, and showing a very high interface load 159/255. Under normal condition, it shouldn't go above 50 at all, and trying to see what is the best way to troubleshoot and find the root cause for this issue. The switch has (2) uplinks to (2) physical Netscalers for loadbalancing.

HI Abbas
Have you made any changes to your network, or advertised more networks onto the load balancer link ? What kind of network management/netflow devices do you have in your network ? This is such a huge traffic, and from the show command, the output drops are huge.. do you see any unusual activity on the switch, on the "show proc cpu" or "show log" outputs ?
