regi.GIFi have tried to upgrade an ASA5520 with 50 more SSL users, but I get this message !!   why ????

Is this after you gave the PAK key on the site ? do you have any existing license for SSL ? Can you please give us the show version of the device ? are you trying to register "ASA5500-SSL-50" license ? you still havent received the activation key from cisco right ? Infact you can directly call the TAC, and they will fix this really soon.. i had issues with my NAC guest server, and they were able to fix it fast over a phone call. Make sure you have your device serial number, and service contract number handy when you call them
