I got a UC560. I have a phone that has 6 lines configured with the same extension, but different ephone-dns of course. When I go off hook, on let's say line one, when the next call comes in I see the call coming in on my display, but it doesn't ring. How can I get the phone to ring when I'm off hook?

Thank you for visiting the Cisco Community.
So you're using 6 lines with the same extension? Have you thought about multiple extensions using a hunt group to ring all? Or shared extensions if you have multiple phones with multiple extensions?

This client came from an enterprise environment, so I had to replicate the settings as much as possible.
So do you know how I can get the phone to ring loudly even when I'm off hook on one of the lines?

Issue resolved. Configuring below did the trick, but make sure you don't have "no call-waiting beep" configured, if you do you'll have to no it out:
!
ephone-dn 18 octo-line
call-waiting ring
or below if the "no call-waiting beep" is configured:
ephone-dn 18 octo-line
call-waiting beep
call-waiting ring
