I am new to IP-telefoni and to our "Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 22.214.171.12400-2." installation.
How do I create a new call pickup group and what do I need before I can create a new one? (I know that a call-pickup-group has a number and that you add phones to it).
I have tried to search on some information on how to create a Call pickup group, and I have tried to search on examples on how it is done, but has not been successful so far.
Can you help a newbie?
