I can make calls with the 7936 Conference phone but I cannot enter keys during the call. eg if I dial the Voicemail, the Attendant answers but I cannot enter my passord. Is this a known problem with the 7936 on the UC520 or do I have a faulty 7936?

I've had the phone replaced under warranty, but the replacement unit still has the same fault. Has anybody got any ideas?

Is it possible that the triangular PoE box is defective? Why do Cisco insist (as part of the warranty) on using the long screened network cable between the phone and the PoE box? Could this cable be faulty. I do not have a spare of either.
Conference phone worked fine today at lunchtime. i could not reproduce the fault. Tried again before leaving the office this evening. Faulty again. Deos anybody have a 7936 running successfully on a UC520, 16 user?

Yes, ....7936 in a 16 user UC 540 (same code as the UC 520)
