I have Call Manager running 18.104.22.16800-2. I'm having difficulty with one user who has set their phone to forward to their mobile on no answer from external calls. The call reaches the phone, then when forwarded to the users mobile phone the calling party is informed that number is unreachable or disconnected.
I have tested the forward function for the users phone by forwarding all calls to the users phone to the same mobile phone and this worked as expected.
A debug of the voice gateway shows the following.
