CFNA fails to forward external calls

Hello Everyone,

     I have Call Manager running 7.0.1.11000-2. I'm having difficulty with one user who has set their phone to forward to their mobile on no answer from external calls. The call reaches the phone, then when forwarded to the users mobile phone the calling party is informed that number is unreachable or disconnected.

I have tested the forward function for the users phone by forwarding all calls to the users phone to the same mobile phone and this worked as expected.

A debug of the voice gateway shows the following.

Feb 10 15:27:04.161: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8  callref = 0x1EEB

Bearer Capability i = 0x9090A3

Standard = CCITT

Transfer Capability = 3.1kHz Audio

Transfer Mode = Circuit

Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

Channel ID i = 0xA18381

Preferred, Channel 1

Progress Ind i = 0x8283 - Origination address is non-ISDN

Calling Party Number i = 0x2183, '<removed>'

Called Party Number i = 0xC1, '<removed>'

Plan:ISDN, Type:Subscriber(local)

Sending Complete

Exclusive, Channel 1

Feb 10 15:27:04.233: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: TX -> ALERTING pd = 8  callref = 0x9EEB

Feb 10 15:27:34.261: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8  callref = 0x9EEB

Cause i = 0x8081 - Unallocated/unassigned number

Feb 10 15:27:34.329: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: RX <- RELEASE pd = 8  callref = 0x1EEB

Feb 10 15:27:34.329: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: TX -> RELEASE_COMP pd = 8  callref = 0x9EEB

Not sure where to progress from here, eager to hear everyones suggestions.

Thank you,

Peter

  OK guys,

Good news, this has been resolved. CFA was using the wrong calling search space.
