Create Instance of a Step in the Expression Editor

I am trying to create an instance of a step inside of the expression editor. Are these classes implemented in the expression editor, what packages are they in/what are the classes called, and is there any documentation on this? Thanks in advance for any responses.

If you are a member of the Cisco Developer community, you can go to the UCCX section and download the UCCX SDK, which has examples of how to do this.

What SDK are you referring to? Cisco's Developer website has the protocol information for UCCXCTI but I am unaware of an SDK.

Oops, you are correct, it's not there.

It's actually on your server in:  C:\Program Files\wfavvid\workflowsdk
