Does anyone know where I can find a customer facing brochure on the new Small Business Pro Rapid Replacement?

Click on SBCS and bookmark this for later:

This service enables the customer to derive maximum value from Cisco Small Business Pro Series products. Delivered by Cisco, the device-level, subscription-based service includes software upgrades and updates, extended access to the Cisco Small Business Support Center, and next-business-day hardware replacement as necessary. It also provides community-based support to enable small businesses to share knowledge and collaborate using online forums and wikis to help boost business efficiency, identify and reduce risks, and serve customers better.
The optional 3-year support contract includes:

• Three years of "peace of mind" coverage at a competitive price

• Device-level entitlement

• Pricing based on product complexity

• Community-based online support

• Online chat support

• Telephone support: 10x5 or local business hours, depending on location

• Software updates (enhanced from software updates for bug fixes only)

• Next-business-day advance hardware replacement where available; otherwise, same-day shipping

Cisco Small Business Pro Rapid Replacement Service

The optional Rapid Replacement Service is available to partners and customers that require higher support levels than the standard Cisco Small Business Pro Service:

• 4-hour advance hardware replacement where available; otherwise, same day shipping

• Device-level entitlement

• 3 years of "peace-of-mind" support for most Cisco Small Business Pro Series products

• Access to Small Business Support Community

• Online chat support

• 24x7 telephone support with Small Business Support Center (English only)

• Software updates for bug fixes
