Is there any way to turn off the beep when you push the live record button? In Wisconsin, only one party has to know the call is being recorded.

No there is not a way to disable the initial beep. The subsequent beeps can be disabled in the CUE GUI.
This is being considered in IOS (a change to CME behavior is required).
