I have a performance problem with 2 router (model 857) with a ADSL line (Provider IT-TELECOM - Alice FLAT).
If i change router with a home one (netgear, dlink, etc..) my line goes good (at least 4MBit with speedtest.net), if I use one of my cisco it slows down to 1.5MBit.
Configuration works normally without error but slow.

That's a bit strange since you have high attenuation.
Anyway, try a FW upgrade from:

I downloaded 2 firmwares. Just a question: the last one (4.10.9) is usable for 857 routers? In the .doc file seem to be only for 836. I downloaded also 3.0.33.

Please try 3.0.33 first.
There are also newer versions, but need a paid support contract to access.
