Unable to update Inventory for particular device types

Not all devices are having this issue:


RICS0001:Internal Error,unable to process the collected data from the device.


I have multiple 7600 in my environment and I cannot get some of them to update their inventory and perform software analysis on them.

I have verified the Rtr7600 device package and have attempted changing the OID but am still getting failure. What is weird is that they defaulted to 3560 switches and RME 4.1.1 did not cast them as a Conflict.


Any ideas???

This looks like CSCsm97530.  As I said, it's fixed in LMS 3.2.

You could be running into one of a few known bugs.  All are fixed in LMS 3.2.  Post the IC_Server.log after reproducing the inventory failure.

This looks like CSCsm97530.  As I said, it's fixed in LMS 3.2.
