I have a weird situation with one user who has Cisco 7970 ip phone which is not showing any missed calls from last week. I made sure the check mark is made for log calls under the line setting. He has 6 shared lines and I removed log calls setting for other shared lines, still does not show the missed call.
We are running call manager version 7.1.3. So far we have one user has this problem. Any ideas will be appreciated.
