The Power LED flashes Once  and then Twice really fast

After using my PAP2v1/Unlocked for a years now I cant see it at  all on my  network. The Power LED flashes Once and then Twice really fast. If I  plug in the network cable the Ethernet led stays off. I have done  the factory reset via the IVR and hardware but it  doesn't seem to help  it. The only  thing I can seem to get into is IVR menu after four ****.

Any recomendations? Any sugestion will be useful
