CUCM 6.1 Pilot Point goes unregistered

Hello everyone,

I've created a Pilot point to use the queing function.this worked beautifully with no issues. for some strange reason it went unregistered yesterday.I created this fore the second time and the same thing happened after few hours.has anyone come across this situation?? any clue why this is happening??

I have uploaded my configuration here on the image.

**just to mention this pilot point im using here is in

Applications ->Cisco unified call attendent console -> Pilot point

What's the exact version of CallManager are you using ? You might be running into the following bug :
