Can you ping the Management IP Address?
Is HTTP enabled (by default HTTP is disabled but HTTPS is enabled)?
Have you tried HTTPS?

i am able to ping this management ip 10.0.0.254 by console but not

my system and i tried both http:
ip and https:

System(Laptop) ip is 10.0.0.222 gateway 10.0.0.254 and also tried none.

What is the subnet mask of your laptop?
Disable firewall on the client.
