Hi all,

-Process= "RFSS_server_action", ipl= 0, pid= 263

I've tried to resolve it by searching cisco's website and the best match I could find was something related to insufficient DRAM for the selected IOS image. However, I've been running 12.2(18)SXF9 for 2 years+ (currently pending an upgrade) and this msg began to appear recently. I recently installed a faulty X6708-10 linecard, but since it was replaced, I've had not problems.

/Ulrich

Hi,

It means the SP for any reason is running low in memory. You can check it with the following command:

remote command switch show mem all total

Your device could crash if no more memory is available so you can try to reboot the box and monitor the memory.

If you see the free memory decreasing rapidly, work with the TAC to identify the root cause

HTH

Laurent.
