Phone configured to get jpg using http against IIS6 server
Phone requests the image very 5 seconds even though no HTTP refresh timer set by the server
same config with .bmp image on SPA962 to same server works fine (Image is loaded once)

There's a known bug with background image loading on 7.4.3, this has been addressed by dev and will be in the next release called 7.5
