Error Message in EoL/EoS Report

currently running LMS 3.2 get the following error message when running the Eol/Eos report: under reason for failure get unable to get data from try again later. using the same login that is used to login to

The online version of this report is currently broken.  We have been working to fix it for a while now, but unfortunately, I do not have an ETA.  The workaround is to use the offline report mode, and download the data from .
