CUCM 7.1 - IP Phone Personal Address Book Synchronizer

I have installed the IP Phone PAB Synchronizer on a workstaion and when I enter username and password, I get the error failed to connect with CUCM. I have verified the user username and password to be correct and have enterd the IP address of the CUCM Server.

Any ideas?

I have this problem too.

When you entered the ip of the server did you make sure the version is linux?
