Dear All,
DHCP client is directly connected to the FWSM interface vlan 100, and DHCP server is also directly connected to interface vlan 200. FWSM act as a DHCP relay agent only.
We have reserved the IP & MAC for one of our DHCP client in microsoft DHCP server. But we are not getting the new IP. We have released/renew the IP from the client and server as well. But still we are getting the previous IP not the reserved one.
Is it possible that FWSM is giving the old IP to the client instead of the new IP and does not relay the request to the DHCP server for the same user (MAC) ?
Regards,
Anser

I don't think so. Did you clear the old IP assignment from the DHCP allocated pool in the DHCP server?
Only captures ingress and egress on the FWSM can say what the server sent for an IP address.

We found the issue. Issue was related to DHCP server.
Thanks,
