 i configure smtp mail server on my switch?

i want 
my switch to send me an alert if a certain port reaches a certain level 
of utilization?

can this
 be done ...

Hi ,

To get alert when ever switch reports any error or port utilization or port error you need to configure snmp configuration in switches with having NMS need to be configured with devices having string configured in switches.
