MS OCS & CUPS Issue - Communicator Status Problem

Hi Guys, When a user is making call MS IP Communicator shows that user is on call (which is Ok) but after user has hanged up the line IP communicator continues to show that user is still on call. (Status doesn't change) -

I guess you meant MOC (Microsoft Office Communicator)?

The easiest way to troubleshoot this problem is to do a packet capture on OCS server. See when the call disconnected, OCS server should receive a SIP message from CUPS regarding that. It is a "INFO SIP" message.

If you can see the message on OCS, that means CUPS was doing its job. Why OCS/MOC didn't honor that is a Microsoft question.
