Have problem with roaming issue

my system use wlc 2125+ap1131 x 24 units and wcs 6 [use 3 vlan and wep security]

no i have many problem my clients away roaming automatic around 25-30 mins / roaming or 5 mins roaming

please tell me for troubleshoot

now setting configuration is default i configed only init step allow document for register ap and use ssid only

Can you update which version of WCS and WLC image, Are you using?

Now i use wlc @ AIR-WLC2100-K9-5-2-193-0 and wcs @ 6.0.170.0

I'm so confuse clients roaming always in 5 - 30 mins. i try to use same config in another site [another controller] clients works fine.
