ICM issue

Dears,


I have integration with Avaya by ICM 7.2.7, in fact I'm monitoring the trunks on Avaya through Avaya CVLAN it was working fine


After data switch power off, which ICM components connected to, the number of trunk channels changed however Avaya sends the correct trunk report to ICM


Actually the trunk report is very important to get intelligent routing from ICM over many client centres


I have a doubt that router have an issue which keep trunks without listen to the Avaya side, as when I stopped trunk group realtime client on router regisrty, however still getting trunk realtime report on Webview


Please advise if you have any suggestion or idea to get this issue resolved,
