Hi i am trying to dial on it via ISDN Bri i put  in VIC2-2BRI-NT/T and it works well, but when i try to configure modem pooling it shows the following error:

CSM: MODEM_REPORT rcvd DEV_INCALL for call_id 0x1C, No modem available

Which exact IOS are you using ?

c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-11.XW10.bin this is the ios version...

hi i loaded the IOS you mentioned and i still have the same problem, it works good without modem-pools when i configure modem pool it doesn't answer the call and it shows this error message..

Likely modem pooling is not supported.
