BAT update fails on specific line position

I'm using Call Manager 6.1.3


I have the following scenario


I go to BAT > Phones > Update Lines


I do a query where:


Description contains "A" <and> CSS contains "B" <and> Line Position is exactly 3


The query comes back and I can see I've captured the correct phones, yet when I run the bat it will update the "Visual Message Waiting Indicator Policy" on the line appearance no matter what line position its on in any phone.


What am I doing wrong?

If you can repeat it with one phone, its probably a bug.   There are known issues with BAT from time to time.  Have you checked the bug toolkit yet for this?
