Callerid Passing through on a transfer in CME

Hello all


I have a CME that is tied to a Call Express voicemail system.

The call express basically uses dummy phones (7940's) to act as ports to the CME.


When a call is sent from the voicemail system to an end user, they see the voicemail port number.  Once they pick up the call the callerid comes through.  the end user just wants to see the callerid not the port number.


with the port number coming first, they don't know who is calling before they pick up.


is there a way for transferred calls like this to not show the extension?  just show the caller id?
