How do you verify how many dsp resources are being used?

I have a 28xx IOS router with 8 fxo's and 2 x 16 channel pvdm2's. I want to use dsp resources for hardware MTP but when I try to configure it I only have 0 as an allowed entry.

(config-dspfarm-profile)#maximum sessions hardware ?
<0-0> Number of sessions assigned to this profile

I thought I would have at least 16 available to assign. Any advice?

Do a "show voice dsp" to see where the DSP resources are allocated. Also, be sure you have DSP service enabled for the voice card such as:

voice-card 1

dsp services dspfarm

You can also try this command:

show call resource voice stats

And you have 0 as it was mentioned in the answer above: "dsp services dspfarm" command was not entered under

voice-card 1
