Hello,
I am receiving alerts almost every day reporting: firestone gzip deflate error. The message includes two different explanations one is: "CRC check failed" for a requested URL and the other is: "not a gzipped file!" for the requested URL
Is this a critical error? Does it have to do with the appliance or just the URL?
Thanks and regards!!!

Hi,
You may safely ignore this message. This error does not lessen the performance of the S-Series proxy in any way. This error occurs when a remote server sends malformed data in gzip'd content encoding. The malformed encoding however does not prevent the browsers from loading the content correctly.
We're tracking this issue under defect #54503, currently targeted to be addressed in the upcoming AsyncOS 7.0 release.
Cheers,
Jakob
