no ringback when calling office communicator client

Hello,


We are integrating Cisco Unified Communications Manager and MS OCS Mediation Server.


Currently, we have a ringback issue when calling MS Office Communicator R2 Client from PSTN.  The call flow is PSTN -> Voice Gateway (H.323) -> CUCM 5.1.3 -> SIP trunk -> MS OCS R2 Mediation Server -> Office Communicator R2 Client.


However; when calling an IP Phone from PSTN, the caller can hear the ringback.


What's wrong?
