Hi,

I need a small help in Call Handler design....

Whenevr someone calls to Board number, call lands to the Call Handler where it should play a message like below:

"Welcome to Test. Kindly press "0" to reach to the Reception or Dial the Required Extension Numbers"...

Is this possible??

Record the call handle greeting, configure caller input 0 to wherever you want. CH by default allows you to dial an extension.

Hi Java,

CH allows to dial the extension--this is true...Kindly clarify the below below query of mine....

My extension no is of 3 digits. For an example it is 123....Afetr landing calls to CH, it prompts the users to dial 123 followed by 4, so user needs to dial 4123 to reach out my extension number.....I need users will dial 123 rather than adding any extra digit...

Is it possible??

Kindly share some docs if possible..
