work flow configuration is locked

Hi all,

I have a problem with cisco workflow administrator. every time lauch it i ha ve this error message :"Work Flow Configuration is currently locked by my_uccx_ip". The only thing that restores workflow configuration is to reboot my uccx servers.

I cannot keep rebooting my servers every time i want to modify my workflows.

Please advice.

What version of Contact Center are you running? I am running UCCX 7.01 (SR3). I had this problem while on (SR2) and the patch fixed it. The workaround is to make sure to log out of the workflow admin page instead of just closing it.

Sorry, my memory has failed me. I was already on SR3 when I started having this problem. Apparently Cisco is still working on it. I started logging out of the application each time instead of just closing the browser, and I have not run into this issue since. Here is the original thread.

Here is the bug info which states it is to be corrected in UCCX 8 and UCCX 7.0(2)

CSCsz40903 Error -WebAdmin is locked by another user even when no one is logged in
