Outbound: Hearing the ring indication (busy, ringing, mobile closed)

Hi All;

In the outbound autodialer, how can I hear the ring status on the phone for the number we are calling it? We need to know if it is busy or ringing?

I am using the PREVIEW_ONLY, if I will use PREVIEW_DIRECT_ONLY then I have to click on "Make Call" instead of clicking on Accept in case of PREVIEW_ONLY, correct?  But still there is a problem in the PREVIEW_DIRECT_ONLY, if I need to Reject the call, will I have this function in the PREVIEW_DIRECT_ONLY or no chance to reject the call, I have only a chance to accept?

Preview Direct is superior in every way. Use it.

You just press "Accept", "Reject" or "Skip" in the usual way.

The Dialer uses your Soft Phone to place the call instead of calling from a VIP30 phone - you will hear all progress tones. It will take just a moment to test this - just change the Admin script.
