It seems in Presence 7.0 that user groups are in synch with the UCM user groups. You can add an Application user to a group in CUP, but not an end user. If you add an end user in UCM to the Super Users group, it will show up in CUP Super Users. Other groups in UCM do not show up in CUP User Groups.
How do we get custom UCM user groups to associate to the CUP server? Or, how do we add end users to a custom group in CUP? We dont want all of our Help Desk/Admin type users to have Super User access in UCM just to get access to CUP.
