CUCMBE 7.1(3)

Hello I just installed a CUCMBE version 7.1(3) uploaded the proper licensing and I have the basic config on the application, however when i try to place an internal call as soon as i press "Dial" all the phones unregisters no matter what. I can't dial

have you seen this issue before ?

I have not seen this problem before.  But if this problem is reproducible, it's very easy to troubleshoot.

We need detailed "Cisco CallManager" traces and a packet capture from the phone.

If the phone "reset by itself", there could be two reasons (besides hardware problem):

1) CUCM sent it a "reset" instruction

or

2) It lost keepalives from CUCM.
