VoiceView Express - displays html on some phones

UC520 w/7.0.4, CCA 2.2.1

I have two sites that are experiencing the same issue. Both sites have the same control units, software and CCA.

Site A

on 7941 phone

Press Services Button

Choose CME Service URL option

Get to VoiceView Express Login and properly login

In mailbox - everything works fine - can view, listen messages, etc... just fine.

on 7970 phone

Press Services Button

Choose CME Service URL option

Get to VoiceView Express Login and properly login

In mailbox - choose Inbox and get html code

<head><title>Error: 500</title></head>

<body>

<h1>Error: 500</h1>

.....

This was working fine on this system with 7970 phones until just recently.

Site B

all 7965 phones

all phones behave the same as 7970 phone at Site A

What is causing the html to not be rendered properly on the phones at these two sites?

I have this problem too.

If you are experiencing this 100% of the time, you are probably running into this bug:


CSCsy21716    Phone displays Error 500: Internal Servlet Error

Upgrading to the latest Software Pack, which has CUE 7.1.3, will help.
