I take it you have verified that the Node Manager and Tomcat are running?
If so, then a good thing to try is going into this folder:
C:\Program Files\wfavvid\tomcat_appadmin\webapps
In there is an appadmin folder, you can delete this, and when you restart the Tomcat service it will be recreated from the appadmin.war file in the same folder. That often fixes problems with appadmin...
