Do E1 need always CCS or CAS ?

Hi, Please help me.
I have to implement VoIP using MPLS like following.

PBX-A---(E1)---Cisco2811---MPLS---Cisco3725---(E&M)---PBX-B

I need to configure Cisco2811 and need to ask PBX-A vendor to add E1 card and configuration to PBX-A.
Should I pay attention to CCS ( or CAS ) between PBX-A and Cisco2811 ?
Does It has nothing to do with this case ?

Ask for ISDN PRI (CCS).

Does it mean DS0 signaling require CCS ?

According to folloing URL, NM is available for both CCS and CAS.

Could you give me the refelence URL in detail which provide information regarding CCS required under this case?

I am really confused.

2811 does not require NM, use VWIC and PVDM2 directly.

It would be better if you engage a voice network engineer for the project, because if you have no experience it will take much time and errors for you to get it right.
