Hello,

I am setting up a new UC520 system and am having some odd issue with be able to control the AA menu prompt.

I need to setup multi-level AA. I have sucessfully recorded prompts so I have that down. When I change the menu prompt field to the recoded prompt I made ( I have made several to test) it doesnt play when calling the AA extension. It plays the default no matter what I do. In addition none of the keys I assign do anything, so its as iff the AA menu Ive setup and saved has made no difference, as if its not even there.

It seems this is an obvious and easy thing to change and control, what am I doing wrong or not doing?

Im doing all thru CCA.

Any help would be appreciated.
