SPA942 PhoneInRecoveryMode after trying to update to firmware 5.2.5

Just got a new SPA-942 yesterday, which comes with firmware 5.1.15 (suprise. consider the phone is manfactured on 09/2009). the firmware 5.2.5 upgrade process brought the phone to PhoneInRecoveryMode.

I tried rec-SPA942-5-2-8.exe and rec-SPA942-6-1-3a.exe from this forum, the device does respond with blink buttons when the recover program is running. but the program didn't bring the phone out of the recovery mode after finished. The phone reboots then still in RecoveryMode.

Please help!

Is there a rec-SPA942-5-1-15.exe or SPA942-5-2-5.exe I can try?

SPA962 in SOS Recovery Mode

problem with Linksys SPA942, it is in recovery mode, when i started to recovery with

recovery utility message appeared that SPA not found or Divece not found. what should i do now?
