Schedules and Greetings with Unity Connection

Hi,

Is there a way with Unity Connection, that you can automatically apply your greeting to your schedule.

For example, during the day i'd like the user to use the standard greeting. In the evening, I would like the user to use the closed greeting. I would like to be able to do this automatically, by the Connection server checking the schedule configured for the company and automatically swap to the closed greeting. Is this possible?

Any help appreciated.

Hi Derek,

This is most possible

Have a look at the link below, you can tweak the default schedule

for "Weekdays" which is set @ 8:00am to 5:00pm. make sure your users

actually record a Closed Greeting and enable the Closed Greeting and you

should be good to go;
