how to monitor multicast MoH in SRST for IP Phone

Hi,

I implemented multicast MoH in SRST router and want to know any way to monitoring the multicast MoH status in SRST router for IP Phone

-I can monitoring the status when a call from PRI interface with command "show ccm-manager music" or "show voip rtp connection"

-when SRST site IP Phone receiving multiscat MoH traffic from SRST router, I can check the status from RTMT or sniffer on the IP Phone but I want to know how to check the status from SRST router.

Advise please,

Hi,

Also try a "show ephone summary"

this will verify that the IOS software was able to read the audio file, see example below.

File music-on-hold.au type AU Media_Payload_G.711Ulaw64k 160 bytes

If you see "INVALID media" then an error is present.
