Solved: pound key to bypass T302 timer problem

Hi All,

I am using CUCM 7.1. When I dial international number then press pound key to bypass T302 timer, I receive busy tone. But when I wait for 15 sec, the call is successful. is there any service parameter in CUCM to allow dialing # key to make a call immediately?

Why don't you change interdigit timeout to 3 or 4 seconds like most people do ?

thanks for your response. But I need to use #, since most people get used to it.

I think a good installation has both reasonable timeout, and pound termination.

Then, some countries use fixed lenght numbers, that you can configure if dialed frequently.
