Cisco TAPI and Oulook 2007

I have a Cisco CallManager 7.0.2 running. Now I tried to install the Cisco TAPI zu dial from the Outlook contacts driectly.

The installation from the TAPI was successful, but the Cisco line is not available in the Outlook. I checked the CTI and user configuration on the CallManager. CTI is running and the user has the correct rights.

Does anyone have experience with this problems?

If you open a case, yes we dont support you

Why dont you use the Click to call Widget (It has an outlook toolbar)

or if you have CUPS use the Addon for CUPC

If you still wanna go for the TSP integration

I normally check TSP logs which are pretty easy to read

or install the softphone and test

You can upload TSP logs, in the forum plenty of posts for this you may wanna take a look
