Can't access RCMC Subsystem web page if CSA is enabled.

Hello i can't access the RCMC subsystem page if the csa is enabled. has any one run into this issue?It gives me a unauthorized message


once i turn off csa i can access the page fine.

I checked the matrix and my version is not specifically found there. I have version csa 4.5.1.672 policy 2.0.6 w.


I will upgrade to the newest and see whats happens.
