I have taken over a position in a company that has a Cisco Call Manager.
I know basic administration, but am not familiar with the rest of the system.
We have Call Manager 126.96.36.1990-3
The company has a need to change the Music on Hold and the Marketing Dept. has asked for an electronic copy of the file so they can work with an outside company to produce a new recording.
Via a web browser in Cisco Unified CM Administratior I went to "Media Resources" > "Music On Hold Audio Source"
I see information listing it as stream Number 2, but It I have no idea how to say extract it as a wav file.
Is there a place I can go and see the file to copy to my local PC.
You'll have to do this from the command line. The following post contains a document outlining the steps to download the file.
