gui for end users

Hi everyone,

I would like to know what is the gui link for the end users in CME.

I want that the users are able to program the speed dials (phone-ui) on their phones.

I know olny the http://ccme-ip/???? part.

The Cisco Unified CME system evaluates your privilege level and presents the appropriate window
