I'm traying with:

ip nat inside source static tcp 10.0.0.100 3200 interface Dialer1 3200

That is fine, make sure you have ip nat ouside under Dialer1, and Ip NAT inside under internal If.ce

I have IP nat inside but on my vlan interface to connect my ISP, what do yo mean with internal lf.ce?
Thanks,

Ip nat inside on inside interface, outside on the outside.
Kind of logic if you think about.
